This is the Home of Live for Stats an Insim Addon for Live for Speed.
It saves the Stats in a Race/Qualify and can export them to a XML- file. Here are two Examples Qualify and Race
The file will be saved automatically if a Race/Qualify ended.
This is the report of these two output files. It was created with the Script of this website http://www.vrl-simracing.be/lfsreport/

The format of the filename (default) is "stats_<date yymmdd><time hhmmss>_<race<laps>|qualy<qualy length in minutes>"

LFS can be started from the program and Insim will be activated too.

04/01/07 - Live for Stats Version 1.60 for new InSim Features. Pit information...
Yesterday the new official Patch W for LFS arrived within a really nice update of InSim. It adds pit information wich brings a list of pit stops into Live for Stats. The same for Penalties all over the race, for the one given and cleared with an exact lap number. Also changed playerflags to maybe limit the use in leagues. The last list is for car take overs in long runs. But there are some more: blue and yellow flag count, tyres at start, plate and skin name all for one player
Important is that it stays compatible to LFS versions without this update (<V3). Second important thing is the implementation off all new features fully into the "long run support" wich means that itīs now 1. more attractive with pit stops and take overs. 2. everything is right, also the pit stop count is not broken anymore if a driver disconnected and 3. the take over is exceeded to also list take overs after a dicconnect and reconnect from a team mate or for player flags the same.
The Documentation is updated so you can see exactly how the new packets are implemented and wich values they can have
Please note that the script lfsreport isnīt compatible to this version yet. But I hope it will be early next week with also a basic support of the new things.

19/07 - Live for Stats goes Open Source - Updated 04/01/07
As I mentioned in the first news I now created a project on sourceforge and uploaded the source.
You can use it and change it. If you want to use parts of it or implemented something, please contact me.
Also if you want to work on future things like optional direct website exporting, tracking sytem, include new InSim features from V3 implement other features Iīm free to work in a group :)
Last infos, the code is mostly well commented in english language. Most parts are written in C++ with use of classes. At least here the link to the source code hosted on sourceforge.net

16/07 - Much improved new version 1.52
After a long time here is it. I spend many time on fixing the last bugs and eliminate bad handling of events and the InSim progress over the program duration.
For that it closes InSim if it will be closed before LFS and it sends Init requests until InSim answers (if InSim isnīt open).
Also better looking icons implemented. Look at the Changes and the howTo for the new details.

11/07 - New Site launch
After some time of no news here is a new site of the project wich comes with a fresh design and better written for improvements in the future.
The documentation was corrected for the newst version in some parts. In the next days I will release one more version with some improvements and fixes I did while I went through the code.
That was necessary because I also release the cource code under the gpl licence soon.
